EPA Accuses Fiat Chrysler Of Installing Emissions-Cheating Software
The Environmental Protection Agency says Fiat Chrysler violated the Clean Air Act by allegedly installing software in about 104,000 vehicles that increased emissions of nitrogen oxides.
