Opinion: To Fight Anti-Semitism, German Tabloid Prints Cut-Out Kippah
A German official said that because of a recent increase in attacks, he couldn't recommend Jews wear the kippah "at every time and place." So daily newspaper Bild ran a do-it-yourself paper kippah.
